What are the steps to start an outbound calling center in India, and how do you get clients as a new business?

Try to get connect with genuine client and mentor , who are ready to hire new center, start up center with their guidance ( as uncertain decisions and long wait in start up owners decisions, most clients prefer to work with existing centers to avoid time waste and delay) .

Then be ready to implement more things than you planned on .

Being a new center, sure you are not part of any business network yet, so sure there might be some things missing , like operational budget idea, where to invest etc.

I'm looking for an answer from people who consider themselves "Gender Critical", or transphobic, or TERFs, and my question is this - Why would you refuse to use the pronouns someone wants? What does it cost you? Where's the harm?
